Working as part of an established team, you will source, develop, and grow sustainable relationships with businesses throughout the Penrith, Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains areas. Your role will be to find the vacant jobs, bring them in to SIP for placement, and liaise with the internal team to present suitable candidates to the hiring business. You will not carry your own caseload.This position is initially until 30 June 2022, but may be extended beyond that date, subject to funding, and may be located at any one of our offices located in Penrith, Windsor or Springwood. About you:You’re a passionate self-starter who really wants to make a difference to the lives of young people in our community. You have extensive Community Service industry experience and knowledge, strong communication and networking skills, and have the ability to work in close collaboration with a diverse range of employers across a wide range of industries.
