Employer Engagement Officers build effective partnerships with employers and community organisations to assist participants prepare for and gain sustainable employment. YES (Youth Employment Services) is a division of Schools Industry Partnership, which is part of a TTW Community of Practice led by the Brotherhood of St Laurence.  Our service sites include Nepean, Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains.About the roleYou will be responsible for identifying and maintaining suitable work experience and employment opportunities in conjunction with our Youth Development Coaches. TTW’s focus is preparing for, gaining and retaining employment for young people. Successful EEOs may come from a diversity of backgrounds, including business services / business development, youth employment and the like. You’ll regularly engage with a wide range of external stakeholders to identify local employment initiatives and opportunities, and will actively promote YES and our participants within the local business community.
