We are currently undergoing significant expansion, including the redevelopment of our iconic site on the beach in Cottesloe, and are well known for providing excellence in dementia care services at our RiverSea Mosman Park home.
About the role
We are looking for two Enrolled Nurses who will work with out clinical team in delivery of resident focused clinical care at our Marine Views Cottesloe and RiverSea Mosman Park homes.

Week 1 Mon & Sun
Week 2 Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun - Marine Views Cottesloe, variety of AM and PM shifts
What you will be doing
- Undertake assessments, care planning and nursing interventions in
partnership with residents and their representatives, and in line with
resident needs and preferences, professional guidelines and organisational
process. - Liaise with medical, allied health, pharmacies, service providers and
equipment providers to ensure holistic, comprehensive delivery of care. - Document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs
and resident feedback in an accurate, objective and efficient manner. - Coordinate staff on a shift-by-shift basis.
- Assist in the review and dissemination of clinical policies, procedures and
assessment tools under the direction of the Head of Care and Lifestyle. - Provide clinical advice and education to staff to ensure appropriate care.
- Assist in the delivery of local clinical training and competency programs.
The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for working with older residents and their families.
- An interest in the assessment and review of contemporary care practices.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Division 2 Enrolled Nurse
- Attention to detail and well developed written skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Work rights in Australia.
- National police clearance.
- Proof of 2022 Influenza vaccination.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
