To be successful in this role, you’ll have: A Degree or equivalent experience in senior sales ore relationship development role – qualifications in business management would also be an advantage. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – a proven ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships. A high degree of both business and interpersonal savvy – an ability to think strategically and to deliver tactically. Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets and deadlines. An ability to plan, lead and motivate several teams to drive results and performance. An ability to work independently and also as part of an Executive team, and an ability to manage both upwards and across the organisation. A relatable nature, and a demonstrated understanding of the Christian not for profit charitable sector The ability to work within a Christian ethos and vision.
