About the Role
Due to amazingly high levels of growth; an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the General Manager and Human Resources Manager, this position will conduct end to end HR activities across the EU for ROXON and other NEPEAN companies. The role offered is a full time position.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Talent Acquisition - including end to end recruitment processes such as reviewing CV's, initiating contact with potential candidates.
- Assist hiring managers in decision making.
- Manage the onboarding of candidates, including collecting license's and necessary documentation from new employees.
- Executing employee transfers, contract variations and exits
- Own HR policies, procedures and enforce the HR framework within the companies.
- Support HR matters within Employee Relations
- HR Administration
- Department Reporting
The role allows you to become an integral part of the team that values your contributions and offers room for growth. This role will be essentially responsible for our ROXON facility in Scandinavia and our ALPINE facility in Leoben, Austria. This role is required to travel to Austria to support the business as required.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Prior experience in a similar role within Finland. Experience in HR, recruitment and on-boarding is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable travelling to Leoben, Austria as required.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent multilingual communication skills. (Preferably in English, Finnish & German)
