This is a well-known brand in the accounting space and they focus on clients in many different industries. Their Restructuring & Insolvency team is currently expanding and they need someone with a strong background in the field to take charge of the more junior staff. 

You will also have exposure to local and international clients and deal with special assignments, such as insolvent trading, forensic and fraud investigations.

Further Duties

  • Manage insolvency investigations and associated reporting
  • Prepare reports to creditors, outcome statements, deficiency accounts
  • Coordinate trading administrations and provide strategic, commercial and financial advice to restructuring clients
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including lawyers, valuation agents, government bodies and agencies

 

The Applicant

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Insolvency
  • A university degree in relevant field (Accounting, Finance or similar)
  • CA or CPA in place along with ARITA / TMA memberships
  • The ability to motivate and lead more junior staff
  • Attitude, career focus and communication skills are important for this opportunity
