Catholic Ladies' College (CLC) has an exciting opportunity for an innovative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic team to meet our strategic goals. CLC is an independent Catholic secondary school for young women in Eltham. At CLC, our students are empowered, supported and inspired to follow their path and reach their full potential.

The main objective for this role is to create innovative marketing decisions that are aimed at attracting new families with a focus on exceeding enrolment targets, creating engaging content to share with our College community and designing opportunities and events to engage our local community. It is an exciting time for CLC with an increased demand for enrolments, a series of refurbishments just completed (Podcast Studio, two Art Studios and Year Level Cohort Spaces) and a new major building due for commencement mid-year. There is a lot to celebrate and share with our community.

Conditions are as per the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Employer Agreement 2018. This position is an ongoing full-time position and attracts seven weeks' school holidays, with a commencement date as soon as possible.
