Our mission is to be a sustainable, efficient, capable, disciplined, and respected tin producer, continuously striving for operational excellence and optimisation.About the roleThe Renison Processing Plant consists of a diverse range of processing stages, including a new crushing, screening and ore sorting plant, rod and ball mill grinding, sulphide and oxide flotation, gravity concentration, state-of-the-art 24 stream sampling and on-stream analysis, historian data management system, and concentrate leaching. A feasibility study into tailings retreatment via mineral processing and pyrometallurgical treatment is also currently underway.We are seeking a highly motivated person who is a flexible team player capable working closely with the Plant Metallurgist and Laboratory staff by monitoring performance of the On-Stream Analyser (OSA)Reporting to the Metallurgical Superintendent,  this role will see you maintain a safe work environment, demonstrate good operating technique and exercise sound decision making.This position is offered on 7 days on, 7days off roster, 12hrs per shift on a 12mth Fixed Term Contract.Core responsibilitiesMonitor the performance of the On-Stream Analyser (OSA) and individual In Stream Analysis (ISA) probes to ensure that they continue to provide accurate element assays;Provide a report on the data to the appropriate standard and ensure that database records are kept up to date;Data entry to the metallurgical accounting software;Provide routine maintenance of equipment.Provide technical support to the processing teamEnsure test plans are carried out in line with the company requirementsEnsure daily pre-start checks & calibrations are completedCorrectly log and monitor test workMaintain high emphasis on QHSEContribute to a safe working environmentAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have the ability to proactively enhance your skills and competency levels through further training as required for the role whilst maintaining safety as a priority and actively contributing to metallurgical team. About you

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to proactively enhance your skills and competency levels through further training as required for the role whilst maintaining safety as a priority and actively contributing to metallurgical team.
