Reporting to the Business Support Manager, your role centres on works planning, invoicing, travel coordination, reporting, training, and fleet administration, aligning with our core values – safety, teamwork, integrity, delivery and innovation.Administration of Maintenance Management System (MMS), maintaining accurate records and preparation of regular reports.Assist with maintenance works planning, including updating and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans.Creating, issuing, and closeout of work order records relating to maintenance works, equipment, vehicles, and training.Set up and ongoing administration of project records in integrated ERP systems, including project estimates, resource plans, and work tasks.Project invoicing in accordance with client specific requirements, within the monthly invoicing schedule.Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly client reports.Logistical support of operations teams including coordination of travel and procurement requirements.Preparation of purchase requisitions and reconciliation of credit cards.Maintain relevant procedures and policy documentation. About the role
