NDIS Plan Manager - Hybrid Remote/In-Office

The Role
Our Plan Managers handle the financial and administrative aspects of our client’s NDIS plans. The position is predominantly financial control, such as paying invoices and managing the client’s NDIS funds.
You’ll also have responsibility for drafting service agreements and advising potential participants on how the NDIS plan management operates. Supporting participants and their representatives to work within their allocated budget is a critical component of the role.
Hybrid Remote & In Office
Normal arrangements are to work from home, with occasional travel to the head office in Parramatta for mandatory meetings, and essential training.
You must have a designated office space at home in order for tasks to be performed adequately.
You'll have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Bookkeeping, Community Services or a related discipline
- Current Driver Licence
- Be able to demonstrate your experience in managing high-volume invoice processing
- Experience in using MYOB and PRODA systems
- Experience in managing and maintaining funds for NDIS participants
- Exceptional communication, customer service and problem solving skills
