Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders, including families, playgroup facilitators, and community leaders, to ensure that the project’s activities are tailored to the unique needs of South Australian families. This is a varied role that includes planning, stakeholder consultation, activity design, data collection, and documentation, all aimed at enhancing inclusion in early learning.About you:You’ll have a background in Disability, Education, Social Work, Community Development, or similar, with experience in service delivery to children and families. Lived experience of disability and/or a CALD background is highly valued. You’ll possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to inclusive practices. You should be organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Importantly, you’ll be able to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that all children and families are included and can participate fully in their communities.You’ll also have a current Working with Children Check, have completed Safe Environments for Children and Young People training, have a current driver's license, and access to a vehicle.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery: Implement program activities in South Australia, ensuring they align with the overall program plan and meet local needs.
