Job Summary: The Quality Control Associate will be in charge of the Environmental Monitoring Program in clean rooms and associated controlled areas. Additional responsibilities will include upholding of quality standards through review and inspection of incoming raw and printed materials.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Carry out consistent non-viable air, viable air and surface contact sampling for Environmental Monitoring Program as per established SOPs
  • Analyze third-party contract laboratory data and issue reports as required
  • Follow all gowning and PPE requirements as per associated SOPs
  • Complete investigation records for any out of limit results received as part of Environmental Monitoring Program
  • Trend environmental monitoring data
  • Maintain inventory of testing material media and other supplies used in the Environmental Monitoring Program
  • Confirm the validity and quality of in-house printed materials through daily review
  • Assists in performing physical inspections to verify the quality of received raw materials
  • Maintain detailed documentation of inspection records and ensuring that all results are in accordance with GPP/GMP
  • Conduct sampling programs that follow ANSI, applicable material specifications and sampling SOPs

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College degree in science related field
  • Experience of working in a GMP environment (Preferred)
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
