  • Highly proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Search and other recruitment networking tools
  • Naturally engaging, energetic and can build trust with people
  • Confident, articulate and motivated with well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Smart negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to identify and preempt potential candidate reservations well in advance
  • A very high attention to detail - you like things to be just right and can maintain consistency with a process and quality of output under pressure
  • Certification or qualifications in Human Resources beneficial but not essential
  • Highly resourceful, driven and can use initiative to go beyond instruction and deliver outcomes for the business that exceed expectations
