Responsibilities:

  • Managing ETA's, returns, warranty claims and general order queries
  • Work closely with other teams to find solutions for our customers
  • Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly
  • Assist other areas as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Organized with high attention to detail

  • Basic data entry knowledge
