Bluestone is a well-established, high yield tin producer with a strong resource base supporting a mine life in excess of 10 years. The Renison mine is located on Tasmania’s beautiful West Coast between the towns of Zeehan and Rosebery.

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Supply / Contracts Administrator to join the team. You will be required to represent the company as a front-line delegate.
The roster will be 5 days on 2 days off with the option of an IFA (5 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off) located at our Burnie office reporting to the Shipping Co-ordinator/ Procurement and Contract Administrator.
Core responsibilities
- Accurately input procurement data, including purchase orders, supplier details and pricing
- Provide support during tender processes to procurement, stores and contracts team, as needed.
- Maintain and update records for purchasing, shipping (import and export), outstanding contacts and outstanding insurances
- Assist the Shipping Co-ordinator/ Procurement and Contact Administrator with general administrative tasks
- Assist the Contracts Manager with administrative tasks and data management
- Liaising with suppliers on procurement and contractual issues
- Assist in resolving procurement and contract disputes and issues as they arise.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing contacts and agreements
- Support the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation and analysis for contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and clarify contract terms
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will be professional, courtesy and have the ability to effectively develop and maintain various working relationships.
The role also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration is key, and the candidate should be adept at working within cross-functional teams within the mining company.
Strong organisational abilities are crucial to managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records whilst upholding ethical standards and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive financial information is a non-negotiable commitment.
A national criminal police check is required for this role.
