In this role you will provide high quality customer service and support across the entire Micromine product portfolio.Reporting to the Head of Technical Support, your key responsibilities will include:Providing face-to-face, phone, and email support for customers.Documenting all support issues in the company’s support management database.Ensuring cases are triaged, escalated, and managed correctly.Reporting any long-term software bugs and issues to the product development team.Helping build and develop knowledge base articles.Joining the after-hours on-call support rotation roster as required.About YouYou will have a background in frontline technical support positions, and possess a generalist IT skillset, including experience with operating systems, enterprise systems, networks, applications, and virtualization.Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:A tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline.The capacity to perform root cause analysis on Windows Server, SQL, and virtualized environments.The ability to speak Spanish fluently.Next StepsReady to join the Micromine team?
